Refunds & Exchanges
We have a 7-day return policy; This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition you received it or be unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You can contact us at infoextramagnets@gmail.com to start the return process. You will send your return to us via USPS or the shipping company of your choice at your expense, and we will send you the address information on where to send it. Products returned to us without a refund request will not be accepted.

Damages and problems:
Please check your order when you receive it. If the product inside the box is damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate and fix the problem.
We will replace or refund items damaged in transit if photographic evidence of damage is sent to infoextramagnets@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Exclusions / non-returnable items:
We inspect all products carefully before they are shipped.
We do not accept returns of deliberately damaged products.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Return / Exchange:
Once the return is accepted, you can replace your product with another product of the same size and price within 14 days from the date of purchase. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs for all returns and shipping of replacement products.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.
